GPX Import

Unlock a world of possibilities by effortlessly integrating GPX files into your TouchTrails experience. Seamlessly import GPX files from the Maps List or directly from the Map View, allowing you to effortlessly merge GPX data into existing maps.

Import via Maps List

  1. In the action bar, tap the import button Import button.
  2. Select your desired GPX file for import.
  3. The GPX file will seamlessly integrate into a new map view. To make edits, simply use the save button Save within TouchTrails to save the file within TouchTrails first.

Import via Map View

  1. From the action bar, tap the import/export button Import / export button.
  2. Choose the “import from GPX” option.

  3. Select your desired GPX file for import.

Merging Routes

If your map already features an existing route, TouchTrails thoughtfully prompts you with the option to merge the GPX file into your current map.

  • If you opt to merge by selecting ‘yes’, the GPX file seamlessly integrates into your current map, enabling the merger of multiple GPX files into a single, comprehensive entity.

  • Opting for ‘no’ imports the GPX file onto a blank map. To make any subsequent edits, remember to save the file within TouchTrails using the save button Save within TouchTrails.
